1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BUYDZM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

BUYDZM verifies sellers, purchases products on your behalf, and arranges delivery. Availability, prices, delivery times, and product specs may change without notice. Some orders may require a deposit after verification.

3. Payments & Fees

Payments may include product cost, delivery fees, and service charges.
All fees are shown or communicated prior to purchase confirmation.
Non-refundable fees may apply to special orders or custom items.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items per our inspection policy. You must contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence (photos/videos). Refund method and timing depend on the original payment channel and inspection outcome.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate order details, contact, and delivery address.
Do not attempt to bypass verification or engage in fraudulent activity.
Comply with applicable laws and respect third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Activities

Submitting false information or impersonating others.
Abusing our staff, systems, or violating platform security.
Reselling items where prohibited by law or agreements.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users about material changes when feasible.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUYDZM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including delays outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Tanzania.
